Enhanced dashboard improves transparency of takedowns to limit damage of attacks on customers
BEDFORD, MA – August 19, 2024 – Outseer, a leader in providing solutions that defend against payment fraud, today announced dashboard enhancements in the latest release of its FraudAction managed service.
The dashboard enhancements will provide customers with greater transparency by surfacing more detailed insights into takedowns and service entitlements. Each stage of the takedown progress is now clearly displayed, and includes the following stages at minimum: Detection, Pending Approval / Auto Approval, Approved / Denied, Follow-up, Advanced Follow-up, and Completed. Additionally, a streamlined process helps customers more easily report back on the process to the relevant lines of business.
In addition, search enhancements to the notification page will speed up takedown approvals and limit the damage of attacks on customers. A simplified review and approval of takedowns with a multiple selection tool will enable customers to approve, deny, or discard up to 10 pending approvals at one time. Timestamps of when a takedown activity is approved, denied or discarded is also reported under the Shutdown Approval Time section.
Finally, a new My Account Page allows Admin users to clearly view service entitlements, including billing and subscription information such as remaining takedown quota, subscription start/end date and configured components. Admin Users now have visibility to the full list of components and data feeds offered by FraudAction with one click action to request more information and discuss upgrades with the Outseer customer success team.
